Our quality assurance procedures affect all levels. Only absolutely perfect goods leave our premises.
Even during the manufacturing process, workpieces are regularly tested and measured, because all TRICO employees are conscious of the requirement for top quality.
Final inspection involves the most up-to-date measuring instruments. Manual work is also essential for guaranteeing top quality.
OPTICAL TEST EQUIPMENT
The most up-to-date measuring and test equipment, as well as optical and 3D measuring systems are also available to us.
MANUAL AND AUTOMATED MEASUREMENT
We use commercially available measuring devices. Furthermore, the achievement of top quality is also supported by SPC (statistical process control).
