BAR STOCK WAREHOUSE

We source our raw materials from selected suppliers that we appraise on a regular basis. The bar stock we hold is governed by the requirements of our customers. It makes short delivery deadlines possible.

A TOOL FOR EVERY JOB

Our tool store is also an integral part of our flexibility and our ability to adhere to delivery dates.

Consequently, we hold a lot of guide bushes in stock, as well as reamers, drill bits and many more other tools. We can also order individual tools to suit customer requirements.

FASTIDIOUS: FINAL CLEANING

All workpieces are cleaned fully automatically, so that any remaining oil residues and contamination are removed.

Extremely careful handling guarantees that workpieces cannot suffer any damage during this process.

DESPATCH

Making sure our products arrive at their destinations in good order is also part of our quality awareness.

Compact

As soon as deliveries leave our premises, we no longer have any influence on how they are handled. This is the reason why we place great importance on secure, highly stable packaging.

Heavy

Most of our packages measure a maximum of 35 x 28 x 30 cm and can weigh up to 25 kg. Just as important is resistance to impact.

Blister packaging

Most of our products are despatched in non-returnable packaging. For a few especially vulnerable parts we have blister packaging manufactured which fits them exactly.

Many customers still send non-returnable packaging back to us and if it is in good condition, we use it again.

Recycling

Our modern, fully automatic swarf processing unit is used, on the one hand, to recover oil and, on the other, to separate the different materials so they can be sent for recycling.
